Participants will have the opportunity to tackle real-world problems in key areas such as finance, healthcare, governance, and education, using creativity and technical expertise to craft impactful innovations. The event fosters collaboration across diverse skill sets, encouraging teamwork that bridges industries and communities. Beyond the code and design, the Hackathon offers exposure to mentors, industry leaders, and investors who can help transform ideas into scalable ventures. Your Hackathon Journey
Kick off the event with a warm welcome from WATEF organizers, followed by an inspiring keynote address from a leading tech visionary.
Teams assemble and start brainstorming, coding, and prototyping solutions. Dedicated workspaces and collaboration tools will be provided to ensure smooth progress.
Industry experts and mentors will rotate among teams to provide guidance, share insights, and help refine ideas. This is the perfect time to seek advice on technical, design, and business aspects of your project.
Recharge with meals and refreshments while networking with fellow participants. Informal breakout discussions will also be encouraged during this time.
Teams must submit their completed projects along with short documentation. Judges will begin initial reviews to ensure eligibility and compliance.
Teams present their solutions on stage in front of the judging panel and audience. Each pitch will include a live demo, problem statement, solution overview, and scalability potential.
Winners are announced and honored with plaques, certificates, and recognition across WATEF media platforms. Networking sessions with judges, sponsors, and investors follow immediately after.
